I am in my 50s now, but I have been doing this in one form or another since my teens. I have a lifetime of exploring pleasure behind me, and helping others experience it in their lives.
True pleasure isn't just a physical thing. It goes beyond that to finding a level of comfort and trust that allows people to relax, share secrets, laugh from the belly, and feel natural in the moment.
It's funny how I am enjoying myself more and finding more satisfaction in recent years. I look back to my twenties, and I think "if I'd only known then what I know now!" I'm sure others close in age to myself have similar regrets for all the pleasure they missed out on when they were younger, but the good news is, it's never too late!
